The Space:
At Fairfield Harbour step into your new home away from home. You'll adore your 1 bedroom/1bath condo that is 511 sq ft! The master bedroom has a king bed (varies), an attached en suite and jetted tub. In the living room there is a queen couch sleeper, and access to the balcony/patio where you can savor the sights with your guests. This condo can accommodate up to 4 guests!  A mini kitchen and a dining room, accepts you the option to prepare your own meals and appreciate the convenience of dining in. It also includes a washer and dryer in-unit. With all the necessary amenities, and so much fun to have at the resort, you're sure to make many incredible memories!

You'll benefit from lower rates, better selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of large crowds at popular attractions and restaurants. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Pamlico area vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with loved ones at the beach.
• Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property management company or host whether your family qualifies for a price reduction.
• Property managers often offer customers an option to add vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which will generally cost between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed time as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or extra fuel expenses. Trip insurance might be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for more information.
