- The property slopes down to the river with no fence; therefore, this property is not suitable for kids and may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility. Please use caution when accessing the kayaks and water
- This property serves as a remote escape; therefore, there is internet access but it may experience slow speed
- The homeowner and their dog live on-site, in a completely separate unit, and will be present during your stay. The dog is allowed to roam freely on the property. Guests with pet allergies or a fear of dogs may want to take this into consideration
