New Bern, a beautiful city founded in 1710, is home to Fairfield Harbour, a community located on the banks of the Neuse River. Fairfield Harbour offers an array of amenities, including land and water sports, river cruises, live entertainment, and opportunities to discover New Bern's 300 years of historical treasures.

The Space:
At Fairfield Harbour step into your new home away from home. You'll appreciate your 2 bedroom/2 bath lockoff condo that is 1367-1389 sq ft! The master bedroom has a king bed, an attached en suite and jetted tub. The second bedroom has a king bed. There are two living rooms with queen couch beds. This condo can accommodate up to 8 guests!  A full kitchen and a dinning room, accepts you the option to prepare your own meals and savor the convenience of dining in. It also includes a washer and dryer in-unit. With all the necessary amenities, and so much fun to have at the resort, you're sure to make many amazing memories!

• Reserve your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally open twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many groups book their Summer rental homes during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
• Hosts and Property managers sometimes offer rate reductions for veterans. Make sure to check with your property manager to see if special offers are available for your family.
• Property management companies usually offer their guests an option to add vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which generally costs between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance might be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for program terms and fees.
