The Space:
At Fairfield Harbour step into your new home away from home. You'll adore your 2 bedroom/2 bath lockoff condo that is 1367-1389 sq ft! The master bedroom has a king bed, an attached en suite and jetted tub. The second bedroom has a king bed. There are two living rooms with queen couch beds. This condo can accommodate up to 8 guests!  A full kitchen and a dinning room, accepts you the option to prepare your own meals and appreciate the convenience of dining in. It also includes a washer and dryer in-unit. With all the necessary amenities, and so much fun to have at the resort, you're sure to make many phenomenal memories!

Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of acceptable homes. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to book a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer months.
• The sooner you can book a vacation home, the better your selection will be. The best rental properties are reserved very early. Booking your vacation property up to twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to plan and book your vacation rental.
• Hosts sometimes offer discounts for veterans and active duty military. It's always a good idea to check with your property manager to see if special discounts are available for your family before you book.
• Management companies and individual rental owners usually offer renters an option to obtain trip insurance protection.
