This handsome, modern, and cavernous, freshly-constructed 3-BR/2-BA home sits at the end of a cul-de-sac on a peaceful street in the striking Town of River Bend, only 8 miles west of downtown New Bern and a half-mile from the River Bend Country Club and Golf Course. Walking distance to the playground, fishing pier, soccer field, walking/exercise path, and Red Caboose Library. One mile from the town's "business district" which features a fashionable NY-style pizzeria, coffeeshop, bar/restaurant, and hair salon.
